Facelift for the landmark McManaway House.
Originally built circa 1876 on West Trade Street, this home was purchased and moved by Dr. Charles McManaway to its current location on Queens Road in 1916. We are delighted to have the opportunity to provide restoration and preservation services to this historically significant treasure home.

Elegant living room in one my all-time favorite new/old homes. Many thought this 1930 Eastover home should be demolished and replaced given its condition when the current owners purchased it. I applaud the owners for saying no to demo, and I am grateful that we had the opportunity to restore, enlarge, and preserve this classic colonial revival home and save a piece of Charlotte’s history.
